Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket costs. We are not responsible for denied insurance claims.

In accordance with Texas state law, you do not need a physician referral to access physical therapy services. However, certain insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider.
